For Chinese speaking clients: Our Notary Public Ms. Anica Zhang is bilingual and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

Witnessing only

This is for a Notary to witness your signature on a document. Note that you (or your foreign lawyer) must prepare the document first.

The document does NOT have to be in English but must contain your name in English matching that of your photo ID and that you must be able to confirm in English with your Notary that you understood the document to be signed.

Fees quoted here are exclusive of GST and are for one document/seal only.

If you have multiple documents requiring multiple seals, please contact our office for an exact quote.

Notary Certificate

This is where you require a photocopy to be certified by a Notary or if you are required to make certain declarations to be formalised into a Notary Certificate.

Fees quoted here are exclusive of GST are for one Certificate only. If you have multiple documents, we can put them all under one Notary Certificate and you will be charged for the rate of one Certificate only.

Authentication

This is where your Notary is required to make enquiries or other forms of investigations with respect to a document in order to verify and confirm its authenticity by way of a Notary Certificate.
